- There is a set of platforms that MBSE is hardcoded for (not sure why); it checks the platform and the compile will therefore fail if actually not on a supported platform.
- The starter of the thread also noted issues with a couple of librarys; after researching, found them to be zlib1g-dev and libbz-dev. Use those in build-depends?

BBS domain name change
This is to advise that the domain name for the BBS will be changing; most likely, later on this month. The base domain name will be rocasa.us; that will be what should be used for secure HTTP connections, for instance. The mail domain, for email & POP, will be bbs.rocasa.us

HwB uploaded to Debian Mentors
I have not received a response to the inquiry [1] about the possibility of getting a new snapshot of the Hardware Book site for a new package, so proceeded with updating the package using the existing snapshot.
Updated the package, built it, then uploaded it to the mentors.debian.net site.
Emailed an RFS (Request for Sponsor) to the d.d.mentors list. [2]

HwB files at Rocasa
Obtained copies of HwB (Hardware Book) archives from the Debian repositories and put them online here [1] so that I would have something to work with.

ITA - The Hardware Book
'The Hardware Book' is a Debian package [1] which "contains misc technical information about computers and other electronic devices", and which was orphaned back in April of 2006 [2]. Today I sent an email that retitles it as an ITA (Intend to Adopt) and changing the owner to myself.
